摘要 PURPOSE: A polymer positive temperature coefficient device manufacturing method is provided to easily return to an initial resistor after a trip process by using an electrode material and a conductive high molecular material. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polymer containing a polyolefin crystalline polymer, a conductive filler, and an additive is pulverized(S110). A sheet is formed into a desired thickness by extruding the pulverized conductive polymer(S120). The compressed sheet is punched into a predetermined size in order to have a PTC property(S130). A PTC device is formed by crosslinking the punched device(S140). The PTC device is heat-treated at temperature which is greater than the melting point of the polyolefin crystalline polymer(S150).
