PURPOSE: An environmental-friendly anticorrosive aqueous coating composition is provided to secure the improved workability, heat resistance, intensity, scratch resistance, and anti-finger printing property. CONSTITUTION: An environmental-friendly anticorrosive aqueous coating composition contains 5~30wt% of water-soluble liquid-phase nanoceramic, 1~5wt% of silane coupling agent, 5~25wt% of ceramic additive 1~10wt% of inorganic metal, 5~40wt% of water-soluble resin, and the balance of solvent. The water-soluble liquid-phase nanoceramic contains 10~60 parts of hydrolysate or partial condensate of organosilane by weight marked with chemical formula 1: YR1_mSi(OR^2)_(4-m), 1~10 parts of hydrolysate or partial condensate of organosilane by weight marked with chemical formula 2: XR^3_nSi(OR^4)_(4-n), 0.1~10 parts of hydrolysate or partial condensate of aluminum alkoxide by weight, and 10~50 parts of 3-glycidoxypropyltriethoxysilane by weight. |
