MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR BIOCHIP

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a biochip having a micro pattern using a soft mold is provided to economically and quickly obtain the biochip. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a biochip comprises: a step of preparing a soft mold with micro pattern; a step of coating a linker on the soft mold surface; a step of contacting the linker-coated soft mold on the upper portion of the substrate having a functional group to the substrate; and a step of fixing the linker on the substrate and removing the mold; a step of repetitively printing bio material ink on the substrate; and a step of performing ink jet printing or laser printing. The soft mold is formed by pouring solidifying material on the master pattern and hardening. The solidifying material is polymethyl siloxane(PDMS), polyurethane, polyimide, and phenolformaldehyde resin.
