<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for allocating resources in a mobile communication system are provided to reduce the external cell influence by being adaptive to a channel environment. CONSTITUTION: When a terminal is placed at an edge of a cell, a transmission frame region for the terminal is placed at a duty cycle reduction region(202). If the terminal is placed at the cell center region, the transmission frame region for the terminal is placed at a conventional region(201). The duty cycle reduction region is the region of which frequency reuse coefficient is N. The existing region is the region of which frequency reuse coefficient is 1.</p> |
