<p>PURPOSE: A wound region holding retractor is provided to prevent the collision between surgical operation devices by using a short trocar during a laparoscope operation. CONSTITUTION: A wound region retractor comprises a ring(1), an air passage(7), a short trocar(3,4,5,6), and a film(2). The ring is made of an elastic material. The ring is combined with the upper ring of the wound region retractor. The diameter of the ring is less than the diameter of the upper ring of the wound region retractor. The film isolates an internal space from the outer space of an abdominal cavity. The film is made of the elastic material. A thread fixes the film to a groove which is formed in the circumference of the short trocar.</p> |
