摘要 PURPOSE: A polymer microstructure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by integrating a micro protrusion with a fixture. CONSTITUTION: A polymer microstructure(10) comprises a fixture(11) and a plurality of micro protrusions(12). The fixture is attached to the surface of legs(100) of a robot. A plurality of micro protrusions are formed on one side of the fixture in a plurality of rows and columns. Each micro protrusion has a box or pyramid shape. The fixture and the micro protrusion are integrated as one body. The fixture and the micro protrusion are made of ultraviolet curable polymer.
