<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat processing system using no injector easily causing clogging and the like, having a simple structure and efficient and economical in operation. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a hopper for receiving a plurality of cartridges which are provided by freezing hollow pipes having opening both ends and containing at least one impregnant selected from the group consisting of extract liquids and oils and fats, a belt conveyor for transferring the frozen cartridges discharged from the hopper, a stick positioned at the vicinity of one of the opening ends of the hollow pipe and against the cartridge transferred by the belt conveyor and stopped at the adjoining position to the meat, and a means for inserting the stick through one of the opening ends of the hollow pipe to extrude the impregnant into the meat, and comprises, after extruding the impregnant into the meat, returning the stick to the initial position, operating the belt conveyor to vertically reverse, and driving so that the empty cartridges are dropped from the belt conveyor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
