摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and to simplify a manufacturing process by adding fruits to an existing ice cream. CONSTITUTION: A glutinous rice is steamed and boiled. The ratio of the weight between the glutinous rice and the sugar is 2:1. The rice and the sugar are mixed and squeezed. The glutinous rice is boiled by using a steamer. The glutinous rice is cooled gradually in the cool plate. If the glutinous rice gets cool, push it and spread it. The glutinous rice is cut in the form of square or circular. The castella is thinly cut. The edibility cream is injected into the center of the castella and the fruit is placed on it. A sugar powder is added and cut during a process of cutting the glutinous rice in the form of circular or square.
