PURPOSE: A method for increasing the security of the electrically fused encryption keys is provided to prevent access to information although the method for the security of the fused encryption keys depends on an ECC check module. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of inverters is inserted between a security fuses bank and a fuse sense logical module(310). The inverters are connected to the security fuses bank. An activated set of a plurality of inverters is sensed by the ECC check module(320). The sensed activated set compares with a software key in order to determine the completion of the real match(330).
