PURPOSE: An impeller for a shot blast is provided to reduce the production cost of a shot blast changed according to the size of a workpiece, since various impellers are mounted on a single standard rotational plate. CONSTITUTION: An impeller(10) for a shot blast comprises a rotary disc(11). The rotary disc has a circular round shot ball inlet(15) at the center thereof. The rotary disc is equally split into 6~10 pieces, so divided portions(16) are formed. A beating plate combining groove(12) is recessed from the outer surface of the boundary of the divided portions to a shot ball inlet. A beating plate(30) is coupled with the beating plate combining groove.
