PURPOSE: A buoyancy device of a fountain is provided to fix a location of a fountain even though a water level is lowered. CONSTITUTION: A buoyancy device of a fountain comprises the following units. Fixing plates(11) are formed on both sides of a buoyancy body(10) with a buoyancy fountain respectively. A plurality of guide rollers(13,14,15) supports a wire rope(12) passing the fixing plates. A water level control weight(16) is fixed to the other side after one side of the wire rope is fixed to a weight object(17) under water. The water level control weight solidly fixes a buoyancy body to a fixed location while a wire rope is lowered or raised.
