PURPOSE: A recombinant cytokine fusion protein with functions of granular macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GMCSF) and inleukin-18(IL 18) is provided to treat and prevent micro cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant fusion cytokine protein contains a signal peptide. Macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GMCSF) comprises an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. Interleukin 18(IL 18) fragment comprises an amino acid of sequence number 3. A recombinant fusion cytokine protein comprises an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. A vaccine adjuvant for preventing or treating tumor contains the recombinant cytokine fusion protein as an active ingredient. The tumor is colon cancer, prostate cancer or gastric cancer.
