PURPOSE: A video service providing method and a system thereof supplying a video conference service to a subscriber are provided to vary a video conference service scenario through access to the server by storing a video conference service scenario to a server controlling a MCU. CONSTITUTION: A MCU(multiple conference unit)(150) opens a video conference room and transmits video conference data to terminals. A video service server(130) sets up the video conference room according to access to a video conference superintendent terminal. The video service server sets up a second session with the video conference superintendent terminal. The video service server selects the MCU on load information.
