PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a signal using or providing a polling scheduling service is provided to efficiently use a downlink resource, thereby reducing overhead of resources. CONSTITUTION: A terminal transmits a signal using a polling scheduling service. The terminal receives the polling scheduling information from a base station. A bandwidth is requested to the base station at a fixed period based on the polling scheduling information. The polling scheduling information comprises uplink expiration period information and period information.
