PURPOSE: A heating rotator, a fixing device and an image forming device are provided to restrain the occurrence of damage in both end portions of a heating rotator by thickly forming the both end portions of the heat rotator. CONSTITUTION: The both end portions(102A,102B) of a heating rotator(102) has a tube shaped body which allows the rotation thereof. The tube-shaped body is supported to allow the rotation thereof. The tube-shaped body has a thick portion which is thicker than a central portion(102C) at an end portion in an axis direction. In a region where an external plane is pressed by the press rotator, the section shape of the heating rotator varies over the central portion from the end portion. The heating rotator is used in the heating of a developer on a recording medium.
