The device has a vertical axle (A1) connected to an element (E3) by intermediary of two pairs of identical cams (C4). The pairs are superimposed and work in concert. Each cam is connected to the element and to the axle by joints. Other two elements (E1, E2) are connected with each other by three screws and maintain two longerons (L1, L2) in parallel. The longerons are coupled with a machine (M). A set of rings made of PVC is stacked on bearings (R1, R2), and maintains inclination of the machine on a workpiece.
