The mobile contact is held by a contact holding support (23). The support has a driving unit adapted to be collaborated with a mobile magnetic armature (31) during displacement of the mobile contact, where the contacting of the driving unit with the armature drives its displacement in a direction of a magnet yoke (32). An independent claim is also included for a hybrid cut-off switch comprising a mechanical opening unit.
