PURPOSE: A construction method of a permeable sidewalk having a water storage function and a sidewalk block for the method are provided to prevent the overflow of the remaining rainwater water not absorbed into the ground and to effectively control the humidity of a city center by preserving subsurface water. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a permeable sidewalk having a water storage function comprises steps of: placing coarse aggregate(220a) over a target area(210), placing a first permeable sheet(230a) on the coarse aggregate, placing fine aggregate(220b) on the first permeable sheet, placing a second permeable sheet(230b) on the fine aggregate, and setting sidewalk blocks(100) made of permeable concrete with concave grooves(110) on the second permeable sheet.
