The device has a pair of aerofoils attached on a base and covered with solar cells. The aerofoils pass from a horizontal position to a driving position by a mobile central controller for ensuring the movement of sails. The base comprises a rotation device and a metal tubular reinforcement on which platforms are assembled, where the rotation device is mounted between rotation axes of the platforms.
