PURPOSE: A convertor, switch power source, and an image pick up are provided to maintain a switch element on through a bypass by including the bypass connecting a switch element to a pulse signal generation unit. CONSTITUTION: A switching element switches an input voltage. A drive unit drives the switching element. A pulse signal generation unit supplies a pulse signal to the driving unit. A by-pass unit connects a switch element to the pulse signal generation unit. The switching element is kept on by the operation of the by-pass.
