PURPOSE: A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery is provided to secure the excellent load discharging property by the low impedance during a charging process, and to offer the high capacity of the secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprises the following: a positive electrode formed with an electrode material layer including a positive electrode active material, a binder, and a conductive material; and a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material capable of absorbing and discharging lithium. The positive electrode active material is formed with a lithium transition metal composite oxide with a layered structure. |
