<p>The covering element (1) comprises a stack of two plates (2, 3) made of cellular polycarbonate, a foam polyethylene sheet (4) arranged between the two plates, and a reflecting material arranged inside the cells (6) of the polycarbonate plates. The reflecting material consists of expanded polystyrene bars (5) or reflecting blades. The reflecting blades are constituted of metallized or grafted polyester tape. A peripheral joint is arranged at edges of the covering element. An U-shaped outline is present at the edges of the covering element.
