PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for towing body weight and neck are provided, which alleviates pain by reducing oppression from the floor. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for towing body weight and neck comprises: an elastic belt interlinking a belt for towing upper body; a first connector(51) connected to the top of the elastic belt; a second connector connected to the lower part; a hips support belt(7) connected to the second connector in order to control the length; a shoulder hanger(6) attached to the sixth connector; and a left side fixed belt and a right side fixed belt which fix the abdomen.
