PURPOSE: A film conveyer is provided to convey flexible films one at a time when multiple flexible films, such as fluorescence films for an LED, are piled up. CONSTITUTION: A film conveyer comprises first absorption unit(10), a first elevating unit(20), a film loading table(30), a second absorption unit(40), a horizontal conveying unit(49), a second elevating unit(50), a film detector(60), and a controller. The first absorption unit vacuum-absorbs films on the film loading table. The first elevating unit elevates the first absorption unit. The film loading table is formed in the bottom of the first absorption unit. The horizontal conveying unit horizontally conveys the second absorption unit. The second elevating unit elevates the film loading table. The film detector is formed on the top of the film table. The controller controls the first and second absorption units and the first and second elevating units.
