The actuator (100) has a treatment unit (2) comprising a control unit (21) connected to windings (L1, L2) for simultaneously supplying the windings, where each of the windings receives 50 percentage of total electric energy produced by the unit. The treatment unit has a measurement unit for measuring variation of resistances of the windings during usage of windings. A disconnection unit disconnects one of the windings having a resistance distinct from that of another winding and equal to one of alert thresholds (S1, S2). The latter winding receives 100 percentage of the electric energy.
