The installation has an air-conditioning loop including a compressor (1), a gas cooler (2), an expansion body (3), a motor-ventilator group (5) and an evaporator (4). The group sends a flow of air on the cooler. A control signal (UF) generated by a control module (6) controls the group and is included between a minimal value and a maximum value. The signal increases with a measured pressure (PeR) at a level of the cooler according to a law proportional to the pressure when a measured reference pressure at the cooler is greater than an initial pressure. The signal is voltage or pulse width modulation signal.
