The device (D) has a washing liquid tank (R) whose inlet (ER) and outlet (SR) are connected to a pump (P) of a transparent element washing system (S). Magnetic units (AM) are arranged upstream of the pump, and generate a magnetic field to ionize the calcium contained in a washing liquid (LL) e.g. mineral water, before the washing liquid reaches the pump. The magnetic units are provided inside the tank just before the outlet, and arranged in the shape of a magnetic ring.
