#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves calculating closing force at each instant of displacement of an opening frame during closing, based on a difference between force i.e. total force, applied to the frame when an edge of the frame is situated in a zone of a sealing line or crushes the line and force i.e. transfer force (Ft), applied to the frame just before the edge enters into the zone or crushes the line. An electric motor, which drives the frame, is stopped when the closing force attains a preset value (Ff) i.e. constant value. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for limiting closing force of a motorized opening frame i.e. glass pane of window regulator, on a sealing line i.e. door seal, of a motor vehicle. Can also be used for limiting closing force of an opening or oscillating roof, motorized sliding side door, and motorized swinging door such as tail gate or boot cover. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method limits the closing force of the motorized opening frame on the sealing line of the motor vehicle so as to increase the life duration of the window regulator, irrespective of climatic conditions or operating conditions of the motor vehicle.
