发明名称 ANTIMICROBIAL COMPOSITIONS FOR COATING AND ANTIMICROBIAL FOOD PACKAGE USING THE SAME
摘要 PURPOSE: An antimicrobial composition for coating foods and a food packaging material using thereof are provided to maintain a uniform antibacterial effect by continuously emitting the antimicrobial composition from the food packaging material. CONSTITUTION: An antimicrobial composition for coating foods is formed by the following steps: mixing soybean protein, glycerine, and water and heating the mixture for 10~20 minutes at 70~80deg C; adding more than one natural antimicrobial material selected from the group consisting of ally isothiocyanate, cinnamaldehyde, garlic oil, and rosemary oil; and hydrogen bonding the antimicrobial material with the soybean protein. A food packaging material is formed by coating the antimicrobial composition on one side of an inner side synthetic resin film.
