PURPOSE: A rotation-type skewer roaster is provided to enable a large amount of skewer food to be rapidly roasted since the skewer food is roasted by an automatic rotation of a roaster. CONSTITUTION: A rotation-type skewer roaster is formed so that a plurality of roasting stands(1) are arranged in a circular type at given intervals. Each roasting stand is formed in pair. The roasting stands are controlled by a main controller and are together rotated by a motor(8). A guide rod is installed on the place where a user is located, the handle of the roasting stand rises by the guide rod if the roasting stand returns to an original position after making one rotation and a lid fixed to a frame opens to enable the roasted skewer food to be taken out. If new skewer food is added, the guide rod pushes the lid of the roasting stand down to enable the lid to close. |
