BONDING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A bonding device is provided to respectively install a bonding unit to both side of the stage, thereby bonding a driving IC in two sides of the liquid crystal display panel at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A stage supports a LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel(110). A conveyor transfers the LCD to the stage. A driving IC respectively supplies to each bonding unit(40) of both side of the stage. A frame(41) of bonding unit is respectively moved to Y axis direction. The mount head(43) of the bonding unit is respectively arranged to a bonding position of the both side of the LCD. The driving IC is bonded to two sides of the LCD at the same time.
