PURPOSE: A device for attaching an anisotropic conductive film is provided to realize continuous operation, thereby improving the productivity. CONSTITUTION: A supplying unit(10) supplies a ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film)(11) including a film layer and a support layer. A bonding unit(20) transfers the ACF. The bonding unit attaches the film layer to a working target. A collection unit(30) collects the support layer. The bonding unit includes a carrier(21), a gripper(22), and a bonding unit(23). The carrier moves between the supply unit and the collecting unit. The gripper grips the end part of the ACF. The bonding unit pressurizes the film layer to the working target.
