PURPOSE: A method for screening a material which suppresses protein-protein interaction is provided to easily screen the material from natural material library. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a material which suppresses protein-protein interaction comprises: a step of preparing a protein chip in which a spot of sol-gel and protein is fixed; a step of reacting the protein chip and a protein having a binding ability to a protein fixed on the chip, under the presence of natural product, compound or aptamer candidate; and a step of confirming binding to selected a material which suppresses protein-protein interaction. The confirmation is performed using antibody to the protein having the binding ability to the protein. The stop is fixed on 96 well plate. The sol-gel comprises 17.5 weight parts of TMOS, 5-15 weight parts of MTMS and 0-15 weight parts of GPTMO.
