GIVE UP THE LANE CONDITIONER EQUIPPED WITH JET BEADS

PURPOSE: A traffic lane marking machine equipped with a bead injection regulator is provided to achieve uniform reflection effect of traffic lanes in the night time by uniformly coating beads on the traffic lanes. CONSTITUTION: A bead injection regulator for a traffic lane marking machine comprises a cylinder which is divided into a compression chamber(3) and a mixing chamber(4) and a connection hole connecting the chambers. A first supply hole(6) and a second supply hole(6') on the exterior of the cylinder are connected to compressed air supply pipes(P1,P2) in order to supply compressed air to the compression chamber and the mixing chamber. The compression chamber with a piston head(8) is inserted in the connection hole and horizontally reciprocates. The mixing chamber has a bead supply hole connected to outside and is equipped with a filter device(20). A nozzle head(30) is coupled to the inner thread part of the leading end of the compression chamber. A bead reflection shield(36) is installed outside a discharge hole(34) of the nozzle head.
