PURPOSE: A multi-function meter is provided to accurately analyze the breakdown cause of a load device which is branched from an electric line. CONSTITUTION: A voltage detector(3) detects a voltage according to an electric line. A controller(7) converts the detected voltage and current into a numerical value or a waveform signal according to a time and transfers to a display part(5). A power factor, power, and a frequency are calculated according to the electric line. The display part indicates the converted electric line-based voltage, the numerical data of a current, the waveform signal data of a voltage and a current, an electric line-based power factor, power, and a frequency.
