PURPOSE: A dry type joint structure for a prefabricated beam-column structure and a construction method thereof are provided to reduce construction time by installing a column and a beam by connecting a PC column and a PC beam. CONSTITUTION: A dry type joint structure for a prefabricated beam-column structure is composed as follows. Reinforcing bars protruded from both ends of a PC beam are fixed to a reinforcing bar anchorages(32) of a steel block(30). Through holes(31) formed in both sides of the steel block correspond to elastic members(60) with through holes(61). Resistance washers(50) are formed on the rear surface of the steel block. Anchor bolts(40) fix the resistance washers, the through holes, and the elastic members to an anchorage(11) of a PC column(10).
