PURPOSE: A circulation-type chopping board cleaning and sterilizing apparatus is provided to make a chopping board clean by automatically steaming, washing, rinsing, and sterilizing of chopping boards. CONSTITUTION: A circulation-type chopping board cleaning and sterilizing apparatus comprises a steam unit(100), a water-washing unit(200), a rinse unit(300), a drying unit(400), a sterilization unit(500), a chopping board fixing unit(600), and a case(800). The steam unit sprays the steam of high pressure and high temperature on a chopping board(700). The water-washing unit cleans the chopping board, sterilized by the steam unit, with the detergent water. The water-washing unit washes chopping board with water. The drying unit dries the chopping board. The sterilization unit sterilizes the dried chopping board. The chopping board fixing unit is installed in the belt at regular intervals.
