PURPOSE: A curable resin composition is provided to form a solder resist layer with the excellent fire retardant property and colorability, and to prevent the visual defect caused by the discoloration through the oxidation of a copper wire. CONSTITUTION: A curable resin composition contains a carboxyl group-containing resin, titanium oxide, and aluminum hydroxide. The curable resin composition additionally includes a thermosetting component having more than two cyclic ether groups and a cyclic thioether group, a phosphorous-containing compound, a photopolymerization initiator, or photo-polymerizable monomer.
