The source has a set of LEDs (2) i.e. water drop type LED, presented to a light radiation body (7) and metal parts comprising metallic fixation tabs on a support plate (11). A heat dissipation plate (18) is mounted on a front face of the support plate in which passage holes (21) are arranged. A part of the radiation body extends from a front face of the thermal dissipation plate. The passage holes are filled by an electrical insulation and heat-conducting filling product (25) so as to drown the tabs to ensure electric insulation of the LEDs. An independent claim is also included for a light signaling device comprising a housing.
