PURPOSE: A breeding method of ducks capable of laying duck eggs containing sulfur, and the duck eggs containing sulfur manufactured therefrom are provided to decrease the mortality rate of the ducks. CONSTITUTION: A breeding method of ducks capable of laying duck eggs containing sulfur comprises the following steps: supplying the ducks a fermented feed formed by mixing a duck feed with a probiotics including Bacillus, lactic acid bacteria, yeast, and fungi from the hatch date to 6 weeks(S100); supplying the ducks a fermented red ginseng meal feed from 7th week to 8th week(S200); supplying the ducks a mixed fermented red ginseng meal feed containing 2wt% of sulfur during 9th week(S300); supplying the ducks the mixed fermented feed containing 97.5wt% of fermented red ginseng meal feed and 2.5wt% of sulfur from 10th week to 28th week(S400); and supplying the ducks 95wt% of the mixed fermented feed containing 95wt% of fermented red ginseng meal feed and 5wt% of sulfur from the 29th week to the breeding season(S500).
