PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector with an opening and closing door of a completely sealed structure, with inadvertent opening of the door prevented, and capable of stably maintaining an opened or a closed state of the door without using a member like a spring material. SOLUTION: The electric connector includes a first connector 1 with a connector terminal 3 housed in a box-shape case having a flange part 2d formed, a shaft 4 arranged inside the flange part 2d, an opening and closing door 5 axially supported by the shaft in free turning, a second connector 7 equipped with a connector body having a first and a second guide formed at one of its sidewall parts. When the second connector 7 is inserted into or pulled out of the first connector 1, the opening and closing door 5 is positioned at a first guide recess and a second guide recess to be guided toward insertion or pulling out, and at the same time, barrier rib parts forming the first and the second guide recesses press the opening and closing door 5 to turn.
