<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a horizontal pipe, which prevents damage to drain pipes even when relative displacements are applied to the adjacent drains due to an earthquake and climatic changes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A medium-diameter pipe portion 11 larger in diameter than a tubular body 10 is integrally formed at the end of the tubular body 10 of the drain pipe 4; a large-diameter pipe portion 12 larger in diameter than the medium-diameter pipe portion 11 is formed in the medium-diameter pipe portion 11; an end of the tubular body 10 of the drain pipe 5 is inserted through the medium-diameter and large-diameter pipe portions 11 and 12; an elastic elastomer member 13 with a waterproof protrusion 131 is interposed between an inner peripheral portion of the medium-diameter pipe portion 11 and an outer peripheral portion of the tubular body 10 of the drain pipe 5; and an annular elastic member 14 for absorption of displacement, lower in elasticity than the elastomer member 13, is interposed between an inner peripheral portion of the large-diameter pipe portion 12 and the outer peripheral portion of the tubular body 10 of the drain pipe 5.
