PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate replacement work of a roller without requiring an extra space for storing a rail. SOLUTION: An axle box 6 can be disassembled into a plurality of components (a fixed component 6a, a covering component 6b and a rail functioning component 6c), and the rail functioning component 6c works as a rail for guiding a bearing 5 when being disassembled. Together with the bearing 5, the rubber roller is moved on the rail constituted by the rail functioning component 6c, and thereby, the rubber roller can be moved to a position where the replacement work can be easily performed.
