PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping transmission device of an engine in which a boss fastening tool is hardly loosened and erosion of the boss fastening tool is suppressed. SOLUTION: In the wrapping transmission device of the engine, the boss fastening tool 4 is mounted on a rotary shaft 1, and by fastening force of the boss fastening tool 4, a mounting boss 2 is clamped and fixed between the boss fastening tool 4 and a receiving seat 1a of the rotary shaft 1, and a wrapping transmission belt 5 is wound around a wrapping transmission ring 3. The mounting boss 2 is made to be a main mounting boss 2, and the main mounting boss 2 is made a separate component from the wrapping transmission ring 3. An auxiliary mounting boss 6 is provided to the wrapping transmission ring 3 in front of the boss fastening tool 4 on the front side of the main mounting boss 2. The wrapping transmission ring 3 is connected to the main mounting boss 2, the wrapping transmission ring 3 is mounted on the rotary shaft 1 by the main mounting boss 2 and the auxiliary mounting boss 6, and the boss fastening tool 4 is surrounded and covered from the front by the wrapping transmission ring 3 and the auxiliary mounting boss 6.
