<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fraudulent play due to a fraudulent means such as a pulsator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The controller of a game machine includes a step (S22) of changing a first count value from a start value to an end value taking a plurality of interval periods by adding the first count value of a first counter once in every interval (S12), and a step (S24) of changing the start value and end value of the first count value in the next interval when the first count value reaches the end value. By changing both of the start value and the end value, it is made difficult to match the timing of entering and passing with the timing of a winning. Thus, the fraudulent game is prevented.
