<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box in which a pair of inner lid pieces have high strength against an external force to the direction which approaches to each other. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The peripheral wall (51) of a shape of which the quadrangular angle sections have been chamfered is formed of four side plates (1-4) and slanting wall plates (8-11) between adjoining the side plates (1-4), and there are provided a pair of inner lid pieces (13, 14) prepared continuously at the upper edge of a pair of the side plates (1, 3) which oppose each other, a pair of outer lid pieces (18, 19) prepared continuously at the upper edge of the other pair of the side plates (2, 4) which oppose each other, and four bottom plate pieces (20-23) prepared continuously at the lower edge of the four side plates (1-4), and a pair of the inner lid pieces (13, 14) are in contact with respective tip sections (131, 141) and both side edges (132, 142) of the respective inner lid pieces (13, 14) are in contact with inner surfaces of the other pair of the side plates (2, 4) and a releasing hole (53) into which a finger is inserted is prepared between both the tips.
