<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic device preventing breakage of a circuit board provided on the electronic device mounted on a vehicle upon collision of the vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle electronic device 1 includes a circuit board 4 for mounting electronic components, a case 2 with a lid 3 housing and holding the circuit board 4, and a plurality of brackets 6, 7 for attaching the on-vehicle electronic device 1 to the vehicle. The plurality of brackets 6, 7 include an integral bracket 6 formed integrally with the lid 3, and an independent bracket 7 formed as a separate component independent from the case 2 and the lid 3 and connected to the case 2.
