The method involves uniquely driving through a route section and/or a route with a motor vehicle, and recording and storing route information e.g. curve profile, over the route in an electronic memory. A target specification for an adjustable motor vehicle parameter is determined based on the stored route information and a preset decision logic. The target specification is output when driving through the route section and/or the same route is renewed. The parameter is electronically controlled according to the specification while driving through the same route section and/or route is renewed.
