<p>Disclosed is a syringe drive unit (1) wherein, when a plunger is pushed in a syringe body using a feed screw mechanism, a plunger pressing member (6) can be moved an extremely short distance to discharge a medicinal solution from the syringe body with high accuracy. The syringe drive unit (1) is composed of a syringe holder (3) which is secured to the upper side of a base plate (2) to hold the syringe body; a guide rail (4) which is provided on the under side of the base plate (2) in the axial direction of the syringe body; a slider (5) which is incorporated in the guide rail (4) via a rolling element; and an arm portion (61) which is secured to the slider (5) and is projected from the under side to the upper side of the base plate (2). The arm portion (61) is comprised of the plunger pressing member (6) which holds a plunger housed in the syringe body; a threaded shaft (7) which is provided in parallel with the guide rail (4), and is rotated at a predetermined rotation speed by a motor (9); and a nut member (8) which moves the plunger pressing member (6) by a distance depending on the rotation of the threaded shaft (7).</p> |
