PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote engine warm-up by increasing the amount of oil supplied to an oil heat exchanger during the engine warm-up and exchanging heat between oil and cooling water with high efficiency in the oil heat exchanger, in an oil temperature control device. SOLUTION: This engine oil temperature control device includes an oil amount regulation means 31a regulating the amount of oil supplied to an engine body 10 by regulating the amount of oil returned to an oil pan 32, of oil from the oil pan 32 circulated in an oil cooler 30.
